Welcome to RiskMan, this is where you will report on incidents (including hazards and near-misses), feedback (complaints, compliments, and suggestions), and risks. Please login using your RiskMan username and password. Zenitas is committed to promptly reporting and responding to incidents, feedback, and risks, to ensure the best possible outcome for all people involved and to identify and control future risks to patients, clients, staff and members of the community.

An Incident is:
An unplanned event or circumstance that could have, or did, lead to unintended and/or unnecessary harm. It can include any event that may give rise to physical, emotional or psychological harm.
Feedback is:
An expression of satisfaction or dissatisfaction or acknowledgement of the level and/or quality of the service provided.

Promptly respond to any incidents or feedback that comes to their attention.
Promptly notify your manager of all incidents and feedback and lodge the report in RiskMan
Participate in investigation and review of incidents and feedback as required. |
